Up-cycled

My key to scoring a successful thrift find is simple. Look for timeless pieces that make a statement but aren't trendy, but above all else...know what the garment is made of. Quality fabric and  construction are what allow pieces to stand the test of time, hence why they can be up-cycled time and time again.
I found this silk J.Crew dress while thrifting in Seattle (Macklemore was not lying - the thrift shops in Seattle are by far the best I've encountered in the states). While I love the dress it's a tad bit loose on me, so I'll be selling it in my shop (here).
