Wild Mantle

When fellow StartingBloc'er, Avi  Loren Fox, shared her vision for Wild Mantle I was blown away by the company's brand ethos. Wild Mantle embodies empowerment, adventure, and sustainability. 

Working right here with artisans in the U-S- of A, Wild Mantle is taking a stand as a sustainable fashion brand. Recycled sweaters are used to create beautifully constructed hooded scarves, also known as Mantles. By definition a mantle is far more than a piece of clothing, mantle can also be defined as one's role or responsibility in the world. The Mantles are constructed in collaboration with a women-led manufacturing program, which provides paid training and work to unemployed refugee women living in Philadelphia. 

The questions that have been front of mind for me lately are, "What problems do I want to solve? If I had one responsibility, what would that be?" Part of my journey is discovering my purpose and helping to solve the problems that I was uniquely designed to battle.  
So the question remains, what is your mantle?
